I haven’t been spinning much lately, what with a kitten-induced injury to my thumb and a lot of deadline-knitting*, but I finally set the twist on the most recent batch of alien singles. There’ve actually been several batches since I last posted pictures of them:

This is everything so far, with the oldest at the bottom and the newest at the top. They’re all singles except the second from the bottom, which is two-ply. I’m happy with the way the recent ones are consistently thicker than laceweight–I’m definitely improving at spinning heavier yarn.

*Somehow, it seems wrong. I’ve got three different knitting projects with deadlines, and none of them are for midwinter holidays. Except that they all have to be done this month.
