I just had some young Scotch kale (and lots of lettuces and spinach and parsley and mint) in my salad tonight -- from my own garden. Not that I'm bragging or anything. Heh. As a side note about the kale, I have always planted Red Russian kale, but this year I tried the Scotch. I think I might like the Scotch better, though it's still early to tell. Yummmmm.
