Okay, this week’s OLS meal is more like "real" food.

This is whole wheat linguine with ground beef, kale, zucchini, yellow squash, garlic scapes, fresh mozzarella, and lemon basil.  (Also included are an onion and olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.)
